Hand Laid Teak
These days most teak decks are made in panels for a quicker installation which works very
well.
At Compass Marine Decking we offer both options.
This 60-metre yacht had a new deck hand laid in less than 3 weeks. Using fully certified FEQ
grade teak and finished to an extremely high standard the yacht was transformed from a tired
and dated looking yacht to the superyacht status she deserves.
Large Yacht Prefabricated Teak Panels
This deck was digitally measured using the latest technology and made in the UK.
After a few weeks the deck was packed and shipped to Malta where it was unpacked and fitted.
The accuracy of the panels where amazing and very little scribing and cutting was done on site.
The panels were bedded into epoxy and caulked with TDS SIS 440
